This benefit is offered to all of our full-time employees. It is a great asset in attracting new college graduates and keeping our workforce fresh. I love the dashboard that shows how much money is saved in interest on student loans, and how much time is shortened on the life of the loan. Allows for companies to offer compliant student loan refinancing AND student loan repayment options for their teams. The super supportive team also helps navigate employees questions, and almost completely takes it off the plate for HR. I have to review it one time per month for about 10 minutes, and that's it. I was struggling for years to pay off my student loan . When I heard about peanut butter through my work company. I was so excited and felt a bit of relief. Peanut Butter faithfully paid $150 a month to Aidvantage, to get rid of my student loans. Took a little over a year to pay off everything in full. I want to thank peanut butter for helping me . David was the best part of my Peanut Butter experience. He was able to provide me insight on my employers contributions after my student loan server was slow in response and had a 3 month delay in payment contributions. David emailed me right away with solutions and even gave me a call twice to see if there was an update with the situation. I'd highly recommend this company to any one who asks!
After David's help, I was able to finish paying off my student loan just in time before the student loan interest kicked in. I don't think anything was difficult to figure out in terms of the website or customer service. The only possible thing I can think of is that after my student loan server updated there portal, I wasn't able to see how much I still owed but that didn't have anything to do with Peanut Butter, it was the loan servers new update that they didn't allow third party companies to show the live balance.
