It is very easy-to-use software, the functions that this tool provides are of great help in the office, allowing the creation of PDFs from documents of different formats. The steps to perform are simple to execute, just select the document you want to transform into a PDF by dragging or normally uploading the document. After that, the document is loaded and provides a series of functions either to edit it, enter and insert other elements. After finishing the editing, we save the document in the desired directory, and we obtain our document already protected. Upon installing the application, it installs a virtual printer, which appears in the printer manager. It is a fairly intuitive program that does the near impossible--allows pretty much anyone to create and modify PDFs. And I use the free version! I love using this service at work! One of my favorite things to use it for is combining PDF documents. It's simple and you can easily upload the documents that you need without the struggle of screen capturing and re-sizing larger PDFs. Our office map, for example, is perfect for this app because you can still zoom in and see all the desk numbers without the struggle of fitting it to the right size. The only thing that is confusing is when you merge the documents, you have to be sure to drag them to the app itself, and drop the files in a blank space within the app before merging. I had an issue with not being able to find some of the docs that I uploaded since there is no clear confirmation message/ signal that it was done.
