I bought the browser subscription. None of the computers were accessable, and I after going through everything I could not find a way to start the browser. When I did manage to open a browser, the keyboard was not working, it was extremely slow so I immediately went to contact support to get a refund. Support takes forever to respond and when they did finally get back to me, they informed me that they dont offer refunds even If I did not use the browser feature for more then 30 seconds due to its slow response, and unreliable keyboard. I started Automating Mobile applications for our projects. to be specific I started my mobile application automation in 2018. with Java and Selenium and used the Behaviour driven development framework. During those days we can only able to automate the basic validations in mobile. since for checking cross-device application stability and reliability, we have to order all the latest devices in the Market to fulfill our testing needs. there we came across Browser Stack and Pcloudy. initially, we picked the Browser stack over Pcloudy after using it for a year we switched to Pcloudy due to its aggressive pricing and providing the same features as the other vendor did. though we got access to devices in Pcloudy we did the testing manually.
then we moved on to the P Cloudy Automate feature to execute the Automated test scripts using Katalon Studio. the stability and reliability of the connectivity and test and test failure during execution were reduced.
not only the user can get the test reports used will also be provided with the following
1. Performance report of the executed device
2. Logs will be generated for the test
3. video report of the executed test
4. Auto suggestion for the executed test and additional info and reason
for the delay and failures.
