For me, the best part of PAX-8 is how well they integrate with ConnectWise Manage to make billing for Cloud Services quick and easy. I can add/remove licenses as needed throughout the month, and the prorations sync correctly. I have to bill for a few products that Pax-8 does not carry, and it isn't straightforward to make those manual adjustments. Their pricing and margins are very competitive, but their service and support are far above what we experienced with Ingram or other vendors. When it comes to Professional Services projects, they are always professional and more than competent.
