What do you like best about Paubox?

The ease of use and the support from the team are outstanding. I’ve never seen anything like it from a business. They understand the barriers to security and have removed them, so you can have secure emails without 17 extra steps. When I hadn’t set it up quite correctly, I received an email and was able to schedule a free meeting with an incredibly helpful member of the Paubox team. It took only a couple of minutes, and it was super easy—honestly, even pleasant. Everything else out there feels too complex and too complicated to be truly effective with clients, but not Paubox. What do you like best about Paubox?

Automatic HIPAA-compliant email encryption, so I can safely email things like appt reminders, intake forms, tx coordination with other providers, and clinical info when appropriate. No portals or passwords for clients, therefore no confusion for clients, fewer tech questions, and higher likelihood clients actually read my emails. It works well with my email I already use, has a built-in BAA, extra protection against phishing and breaches, and overall gives me confidence and security as a private practice owner. What do you dislike about Paubox?

Not true end-to-end encryption, so it is not zero-access or full end-to-end encryption like some alternatives, which means the email still exists in inboxes, and control over the message ends after delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paubox?

For my business, Cortnee Counseling, I really value being able to integrate Paubox with an email server I prefer to use, like Outlook. I also appreciate that my clients don’t need any additional logins, while still maintaining HIPAA compliance. When I was deciding on the email setup for my business, one of my top priorities was to provide my clients with an easy, smooth experience when I email them. It's peace of mind knowing that my email communication is HIPAA compliant. I also appreciated the implementation team at Paubox taking the time to help me set it up as I was having issues doing so on my own. The customer service is amazing. They are so helpful, quick to respond, they are open to ideas and feedback, and just so nice!

It's a set it and forget it type of system and the set up is easy. Seamless integration with Gsuite. It's a hassle-free way for me and my therapy clients to communicate securely.

What I dislike about Paubox is the lack of support during implementation, and then not having readily available tech support if something goes wrong afterward. As a practice owner who wears many hats, it’s difficult to handle the integration and troubleshooting on my own while trying to manage Paubox and connect it with Wix and then GoogleSuite. It would be much nicer if they offered a one-time integration or implementation service for those of us who aren’t very tech-savvy. What do you like best about Paubox?

I'm very happy Paubox. The email encryption is seamless and hassle free. The forms service they added is also excellent and even allows color and font customization making it seamless with the design of my website. I offer many ways for new inquiries to contact me but they seemed to prefer to use the Paubox secure message form over any other contact method.

It was very easy to set up and implement. It requires very little maintainence.
