I highly recommend Paubox for any organization looking for a hassle-free solution for their email encryption needs. **What do you dislike about Paubox?** It's so easy, that I have to show staff the test email to my personal email address to prove the email going out has been encrypted. **What problems is Paubox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to communicate PHI to our patients without worrying about extra encryption steps. Before Paubox, staff had to go through several steps to make sure each attachment was encrypted before sending it out. Sometimes they would have to walk the patient through how to retrieve or open the encrypted documents. With Paubox, it's as easy as sending a regular email. ### 44.
