What is Patriot Accounting Software?

Patriot's accounting software lets American businesses and their accountants manage their books online. Patriot has two accounting options to choose from: 1. Accounting Basic: $20/month 2. Accounting Premium: $30/month With both options, you can invoice unlimited customers, pay 1099 vendors and contractors, accept credit card payments, automatically import your bank transactions, and more! And, access easy-to-use financial reports with the click of a button, including your company's profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Product Description

Patriot Accounting Software is made for American business owners and their accountants. Patriot offers two Accounting Software options to choose from Accounting Basic, just $15 a month with unlimited use, and Accounting Premium just $25 a month with unlimited use. Choose the accounting software you need for your business and enjoy easily entering transactions with either cash basis (money in and money out, like a checkbook), or accrual accounting. Accept credit cards, import your banking transactions, pay unlimited bills and 1099 contractors, invoice unlimited customers. View financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, check register to keep a tab on your business's financial health. Patriot Software offers patent-pending cash to accrual toggle switch so you can enter your transactions for example in cash basis accounting, and view and download reports in either cash or accrual basis accounting. It's as easy as clicking a button. Accounting Premium also has account reconciliations, attach receipts and documents, and unlimited users with permissions, estimates, and customizable templates to match your brand.

The user interface could be a lot better. Sometimes it's a struggle because for the most part it is not intuitive, not even to write a check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Patriot Accounting Software?

This has all the features you want in a bookkeeping/accounting software. From integrations, automated categorization, document management, user privileges, and reporting, you get a full-featured solution at an economical price. The support team and customer experience team are both really great and show a lot of interest and initiative in ensuring you get what you need from the software. Can't recommend more! What do you dislike about Patriot Accounting Software?

It's a little cumbersome and there is a slight learning curve. Alternatives are more streamlined and intuitive, but often at a much higher price-point and with feature-gating. I'll stick with the UI as long as the product stays as good and fully-featured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
