What do you like best about Path LMS?

Simple and can do the job if you require basic LMS tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path LMS?

Cannot integrate automation features, like sending time-based emails. report functionality is the worse, you don't really know how they calculated how long a person takes on their course. You can't also properly distinguish between log in time and start time someone takes on a course. Account duplicate is a problem too. It keeps duplicating accounts. What do you like best about Path LMS?

While researching options, the Path LMS team did a great job of explaining their product and associated costs. There were no unexpected surprises. The onboarding process was seamless and personal training was very beneficial. Once we began setting our site up, it was super easy! If we ran into a challenge the Path LMS team was quick to help us find a solution. The follow-up from their team members is great and frequent, so we never have to wonder who to reach out to! What do you dislike about Path LMS?

We wanted to customize our site quite a bit, which was not something that the Path LMS team could assist with. Luckily, we have some partners who could step in to help with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Path LMS?

Their system couldn't be easier to use. Our presenters find it very easy, our attendees find it easy to access, and as a company that needs to facilitate both we find it easy to explain. We added additional educational modules to online webinars, and it again was easy to integrate into our existing systems and create customizatio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path LMS?

Due to our integrations, sometimes it takes the support team extra time to review an issue. We have both education and webinars on our platform, and if there is an issue with only one of these, it can be confusing for support who may not realize that the two are not entirely connected. What do you like best about Path LMS?

The biggest "plus" about Path is the visually appealing design that makes building courses, managing the platform, and navigating the learning environment such a pleasure. We investigated dozens of LMS platforms and so many were either outdated to look at, clunky to use, or so complicated that even an experienced admin like myself had trouble using it. Finding an LMS like Path that is simple to use yet so powerful and customizable, is a huge win for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path LMS?

No platform is perfect and these are not big issues...

The inability to copy a course is a bit of a pain. The fact that discussions are handled through a third-party plugin and are not native to the LMS makes them look & feel somewhat disconnected from the course environment. The admin panel is not perfect, and is based more on product sales than learning, so sometimes workarounds are needed. But Path has listened to our suggestions and hopefully will continue to improve in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Path LMS?

Great solution for virtual event management. After our initial (positive!) experience utilizing Path for hosting our Annual Meeting presentations, we've partnered again to begin offering webinars, recordings and podcasts. This has been a great way for our organization to showcase our events and continue to generate revenue year-long with enduring content. Support staff are friendly, fast and patient with novice customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path LMS?

Reporting is a bit clunky, but they take feedback seriously and are consistently adding new functionality to their road map! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Path LMS?

I reviewed several LMS products before choosing BlueSky Path. This was the best that allows for seamless integration from our website (where course registration takes place) to Path (where the content resides) This makes a truly self-service process for our members to complete the course content and then generate their certificate of attendance, saving both time for our members and our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path LMS?

Really very little at all. The automatic integration with our AMS system (iMIS) sometimes leads to a few problems but other than that, the software serves our needs very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Path LMS?

BlueSky eLearn's Path LMS has an intuitive and clean interface that provides a fantastic user experience for both customers and administrators. The platform is flexible enough to offer eLearning programs of various complexities, which is invaluable for associations challenged with keeping up with the eLearning world and member's demands. The eCommerce/shopping cart is one of my favorite features because it makes the purchasing process so simple and straightforward...just as it should be. I can set up promo and discount codes on-the-fly (even from my smartphone!) to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Having implemented Path at two associations now (one with 20,000 members and one with 6,000 members), I can say that the BlueSky team is responsive and knowledgeable in regards to integrating their open API with various systems, and patient when it comes to helping their clients trouble-shoot. New features and improvements are introduced regularly, so you know they are also listening to their client's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path LMS?

The only limitations I've encountered have been due to the lack of features in my association's AMS (Association Management Software) and that software not being able to maximize the extent of BlueSky's integrative capacities. This has resulted in a little extra reporting and data analysis on the staff side, but only due to our older member tracking systems being outdated by comparison.
