What do you like best about Parcel Panel?

When I discovered and installed the first time, as usual I was a little worried about taking the risk of destabilizing and weighing down my shops, in addition to the usual risk of incompatibility. I was amazed at such easy adjustment and such efficient chat support. I had a few questions despite the ease of installation and they answered me immediately and very kindly, in addition to activating my license for free! What do you like best about Parcel Panel?

I integrated with an existing and very active client Shopify merchant account. We had two issues, one relating to the Royal Mail API and one due to pattern recognition failing to correctly identify that some tracking references were for Royal Mail. Both issues resolved within 30 minutes by tech support. For us, tech support is key!

Simple, user friendly and effective shipment analytics and management portal. This has really helped us hold our delivery partnets accountable, especially for cash on delivery shipments.
