What do you like best about ParallelDots ShelfWatch?

What do you dislike about ParallelDots ShelfWatch?

What problems is ParallelDots ShelfWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was a bit difficult to incentivise the field reps as we could not track their performance efficiently. ShelfWatch helped us increase the productivity of our salesforce as they now spent less time in a store eventually leading to more time to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ParallelDots ShelfWatch?

The insights shared by ShelfWatch are on SKU level. Also, we could track performance by every store and field user. ParallelDots offers excellent capability in tracking customizable KPIs from primary shelf to secondary displays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe they can improve the user interface of their app. But that’s just the design. When it comes to work, ShelfWatch is working well for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had low visibility for our products in-store and it was quite challenging to filter performance by every store. By using ShelfWatch we could track a variety of customizable KPIs and thus improve our compliance scores at every store leading to better visibility of our products. No, I like it. The customer support team is really agile which responds efficiently to any issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ParallelDots ShelfWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Manual Workforce survey through a tool.The results are not very exact when Surveys were Manually done.We did pilot with ShelfWatch where the project management team coordinated efficiently by giving us regular updates and feedback and helped us in taking timely remedial action and we are looking at rolling this out soon.
