I dislike a bit the configuration which is responsible for recording the topics, conversations or discussions at the time videoconferences since sometimes it does not record and when it records them the file where it was recorded cannot be opened which is a nuisance because important recordings with important clients can be lost, also the mobile application is very slow to open and cannot be used properly.
