7 PAR Punchh Reviews
I like the variety of options that Punchh allows users to have, you can send emails, track customers, and see insights about what your customers do all from one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The disorganization of some things, where emails and "templates" are sometimes, is confusing, and I feel that maybe they should be in other areas at times. It makes my UX hard to figure out where things are at times when explaining to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to house multiple marketing channels under one umbrella. Loyalty functionality is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of flexibility in reporting. Lack of functionality and reporting for email marketing and text marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is nice having a program that houses your loyalty program, email CRM and mobile app all in one. Previously, we were using three separate programs to manage each of these, and syncing them up was a pain (not to mention it got costly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where to begin... For starters, their customer "support" is abysmal. With the exception of one great individual who is no longer with the company, every single account manager that we've had has been worthless. Each time we run into an issue (which is about 1-2 times per week, at this rate), our CSM doesn't ever help with the problem. Rather, they defer us to their support library (which is also worthless and contains outdated and/or false information) or their support team (who, rather than admit they were wrong, blame the client and skirt around trying to solve the problem). They will constantly make botched updates to their code and not alert their clients, making it incredibly difficult to operate on a day-to-day basis. We have actually had instances where our IT team has caught errors in their code, sent screenshots to their support team, and they still deny there is anything wrong. I have never worked with a company that has such little integrity and regard for its clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app works, sometimes, if you don't try and actually do anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The CRM is terrible. In many ways it's easier just using a SQL server. Creating segments is one of the most painful and time wasting process of any CRM I have tried in the last 10 years. Customer service is extremely slow in responding. Their dev team seems to be 100% devoted to creating new features (therefore NOT fixing extremely important problems) while their ops team is non-existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interesting idea for local businesses, decent website although way too much info Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service and client acquisition are embarrassing. Have tried multiple times to get in touch with the company for more information on the platform and prices. 3 phone calls, 3 emails, barely a peep from them. Not pleased with how much time has been wasted trying to contact this business to possibly give them money..They have also disabled reviews in multiple places to avoid any sort of negative feedback that I'm assuming many others have had with them. Not impressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Punchh is a small company but a growing company and their app customer service has been beyond good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the app creation phase did not help prep the team with all of the design needs before letting us know that our time with the engineers was running out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bright colors and most important information at the forefront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Confusing set up. There are a lot of features that I don't use because I am not sure how or they are not easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
