What do you like best about Papermark?

I switched to Papermark from DocSend after getting a few too many messages saying my pitch deck was blurry or unreadable. I might’ve lost a few potential investors because of Docsend.

Since switching to Papermark, I don't have this problem anymore. Clean display, fast loading, and a way better experience for the people we’re trying to reach.

The onboarding was quick and intuitive - great UX/UI.

We use Papermark for investor and partner outreach, and what really stands out is the version tracking. It’s super easy to see how different versions of our deck are performing over time - like which version actually gets more engagement.

Plus, the slide-level insights show exactly where people stop scrolling or linger longer. That’s been huge for us in tightening our messaging.

Papermark solves two big problems for us:

1. Presentation quality - With Docsend, our pitch deck looked blurry or low-res to viewers. That undermined trust and professionalism, especially with investors. Papermark fixed that instantly. Our documents look great.

2. Insight into engagement - Before Papermark, we had no idea how people were interacting with our decks. Now we can see which slides hold attention, which ones get skipped, and how different versions perform. That insight helps us iterate faster and deliver more effective messaging. What do you like best about Papermark?

We use Papermark to share and see how people from different raise campaigns are engaging and what documents works and what does not in the campaign so we can adjust accordingly. What do you like best about Papermark?

I constantly send out pitch decks, the latest fund updates and case studies to our LPs and founders. Papermark makes it feel like we are in control of our document even when it left us. What do you like best about Papermark?

I love how easy it is for us to share KPI reports and the multiple format it supports keeps the file interactive even on the web interface. I see its dashboard once a week to see how my reports went and I do follow up accordingly. The embedded video is a plus and helps us avoid a lot of first time questions. Papermark has become my fav tool for sensitive document sharing. The encryption and access control features are great and I trust the tool to keep our important documents secure and monitor the access to it in real time. It just works but there can few things that can be better, for example, If I upload a new version of a document in an already existing link which I shared, it is not always clear to recipient that they are viewing the latest file unless I tell them in a quick text or a mail. What do you like best about Papermark?

We use Papermark for deal flow and it fits perfectly into our current deal flow pipeline with Tally Form. From receiving the deck from the form, to creating a local backup and to keep records for archive purpose, it does the job well and lets us know when they are being read in time. What do you like best about Papermark?

The interface is simple almost notion like and folder management is very much user friendly. The viewing experience is professional like existing cloud sharing tools and it is like a smarter google drive link which tracks our viewers, lets us know what is happening with our documents in real time. The file syncing on Papermark sometimes breaks when multiple people work on uploads at the same time and causes a lag on it, but a simple refresh fixes the issue. Apart from some UX and collaboration issues to fix, nothing much to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can upload a pitch deck of our portfolio company in seconds and share a clean link when I reach out with our co investor when we lead the round.
