From receiving the deck from the form, to creating a local backup and to keep records for archive purpose, it does the job well and lets us know when they are being read in time. **What do you dislike about Papermark?** It supports a huge range of formats and sometimes the document formatting can get off a little, based on the document aspect. That is something we have to check every time before sending, so far Papermark has been a stable tool and works well. **What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted more control than a shared document can provide and Papermark offered the solution we been looking for. It saves a lot of back and forth of sending and receiving docs from other teams, thus became a go to for our internal sharing, all over our firm. ### 50. The viewing experience is professional like existing cloud sharing tools and it is like a smarter google drive link which tracks our viewers, lets us know what is happening with our documents in real time. **What do you dislike about Papermark?** The file syncing on Papermark sometimes breaks when multiple people work on uploads at the same time and causes a lag on it, but a simple refresh fixes the issue. Apart from some UX and collaboration issues to fix, nothing much to dislike. **What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can upload a pitch deck of our portfolio company in seconds and share a clean link when I reach out with our co investor when we lead the round.
