I had the opportunity to use CA Panvalet in my very first profession, happened to use it for 3+ years.
The best thing about CA Panvalet is its ease of use.
Having the experience of working with other version controls , I believe Panvalet is the most easiest tool to use, be it retrieve, edit, delete, rename.

I used Pavalet on-line in 1985 on an OS/VS1 system and it worked very well, stayed up and running and provided an editor and source code management as there was no card reader for the IBM 4341.
