SinceWhile Panorays is generally a strong platform, the supply chain risk assessment process can sometimes feel cumbersome and lacks transparency. There are moments when the assessments seem somewhat subjective, which can make it challenging to fully trust the outcomes. Additionally, I believe there could be better integrations with other security platforms, like Vanta, to streamline workflows and ensure a more seamless risk management process across all tools. I believe that the customer support needs improvement as sometimes is difficutl to get it. Also, more detailed technical information about the sources of the findings found it would be an important improvement to have. This is because some of the 3rd parties can challenge the use of this tool saying that it´s ilegal to carry out this kind of assessments. I understand that Panorays relies on Public Sources only (so, not ilegal), but I didn´t find anything concrete and detailed about the sources used to gather the info about a 3rd party. Building profiles for vendors in the platform is straightforward, especially with the bulk upload feature. Once you vendor has been onboarded, the scan has occurred and your vendor has responded to your questionnaire you will have a very good view of the risk they pose to you organisation. The risks insights portion of the tool also allows for a wider view on what is actually going on in the world. The support team is amazing! We use Panorays to discover and track vulnerabilities of business partners, send out custom questionnaires and to create remediation tasks. An interface to our internal platform also exists and is continously improved. The customer support responds promptly and with qualitative answers.
