What do you like best about Pandium?

The most helpful part of Pandium is the people who have helped Justuno implement their service into our system. From the CTO to our account manager to developers implements changes for us, Pandium has a great team that listen to our needs and work with us to implement them. What do you dislike about Pandium?

There is no downside that comes to mind. If I had to name something, I would that the User Interface lacks some information that I would like but these are not deal breaking. Rather these are just personal preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pandium takes care of the difficult aspect of building an integration with any service, that is taking care of the kitchen sink that is integrating requires. In that sink is authentication, securely storing credentials, handling oauth, the sink pile continues. They provide a great framework so that we can quickly get our Email and SMS service integrations out to our customers quickly. What do you like best about Pandium?

As someone that has handled hundreds of integrations in their professional career, I cannot be more grateful for Pandium's admin dashboard and how easy it was to create and manage our integrations. This doesn't even speak to how easy it was for our developers to get their first integration up and running! We went from a weeks-long process to getting new integrations spun up in a day.

I especially love the nested workflows and conditional logic - its awesome that we have almost every configuration option for all different workflows and the site still feels very clean and usable.

What do you dislike about Pandium?

Pandium has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the speed in which it takes to get a new integration not only up and running, but scaled to all users, and listed in our marketplace. What do you like best about Pandium?

We checked out a bunch of tools but had decided that our integrations were too complex for any of them to easily handle. We really didn't want to build everything ourselves from scratch but were resolved to doing that until we checked out Pandium. Now we can have the best of both worlds- the speed of using a platform but the control and flexibility of building in-house. What do you like best about Pandium?

Pandium has empowered our organization to move way faster to support new integration requests. They have made it easier to start partnership conversations, deliver mutual value, and, more importantly, solve headaches and challenges that our customer-facing teams are presented with by way of our customers. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and familiar with our space, their team is an A+ team of hard-working individuals who are also great people. I highly recommend using Pandium to fully outsource your integration build and management or use them as an extension of your team for certain aspects of your integration builds and project management!

What do you like best about Pandium?

I have been integrating products for almost a decade, and have always spent more time bootstrapping/maintaining the foundation for an evolving, scalable platform integrations platform, and not as much time on the critical logic that moves our customer data securely to different systems. Pandium offers to be this platform that offloads a lot of the platform requirements from us, and allows us to spend the majority of our time thinking about our business needs and customizations. Their library of auth connectors makes it very easy to start building and testing with different systems, and if Pandium does not happen to have a specific connector built, they have been extremely helpful in standing up what our customers need with pretty quick turnaround. We have built a number of connectors in a fraction of the time if we were to start completely from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pandium?

They are making great progress for even more marketplace customizations. This was our only concern when using their marketplace hosted by them. That being said, they were immediately helpful in getting more customizations on their roadmap and very receptive to feedback. So if there's anything that you think that Pandium can improve, from my experience, they are very receptive and honest about prioritizing their customers' needs. What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly the infrastructure and marketplace. They have all of the infrastructure in place to allow for per-tenant customizations (including sync schedules), scheduling, and secure auth connectors for a wide variety of different platforms. We get to focus on the business logic of ingesting our customer data, applying the tenant customizations, and shipping to the desired system. What do you like best about Pandium?

My favorite part about Pandium is their team. They are so great, very hands-on, proactive and responsive.

Once we completed the integration setup, our team has very minimal involvement, which is exactly what you want.

When we do need support form their team, they are very quick to respond.

Also, using Pandium made it easy for us to integrate with Trustpilot, Happy Returns, ShipBob, NetSuite. There is also no maintenance for us with these integrations, Pandium handles it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pandium?

What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have built 4 integrations, including NetStuite, that we either deemed too labor intensive or that we didn't have the bandwidth to build at the time. This enabled our engineering team to focus on our core business.

They've actually even scoped the NetSuite and Shipbob integration for us, and we relied heavily on their expertise.

What do you like best about Pandium?

There are so many integration tools on the market, but we needed something that we wouldn't outgrow. Pandium fit the bill- it allows us to do everything our customers need in one platform without worrying about outgrowing the technology.
