**What do you like best about Pandium?**

The team. Obviously I love that Pandium allows me to build the exact integrations I need, while retaining the code in my own repository without the need to maintain the connections with users, but it's their team that really shines. I love that I can reach out to ask a question, or get some extended help and their support is always timely and spot on. They go above and beyond for their customers.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

I've been anticipating being able to use their new AI integration builder for some time. I wish that they'd release it extensively so that I can give it a go.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandium helps me to build and maintain an extensive library of integrations without having to maintain the backend connections with users. They also help me to build and maintain a marketplace of those integrations within my application.

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

The most helpful part of Pandium is the people who have helped Justuno implement their service into our system. From the CTO to our account manager to developers implements changes for us, Pandium has a great team that listen to our needs and work with us to implement them. They are consistently present to help Justuno out and never have faltered from this.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

There is no downside that comes to mind. If I had to name something, I would that the User Interface lacks some information that I would like but these are not deal breaking. Rather these are just personal preferences.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandium takes care of the difficult aspect of building an integration with any service, that is taking care of the kitchen sink that is integrating requires. In that sink is authentication, securely storing credentials, handling oauth, the sink pile continues. They provide a great framework so that we can quickly get our Email and SMS service integrations out to our customers quickly. I'm a developer at Justuno and it's been nothing but smooth cruising with Pandium.

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

As someone that has handled hundreds of integrations in their professional career, I cannot be more grateful for Pandium's admin dashboard and how easy it was to create and manage our integrations. This doesn't even speak to how easy it was for our developers to get their first integration up and running! We went from a weeks-long process to getting new integrations spun up in a day. 

I especially love the nested workflows and conditional logic - its awesome that we have almost every configuration option for all different workflows and the site still feels very clean and usable. 

We use Pandium every day and have never had one issue. The team is exteremly responsive and answered all of our questions right away.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

I really can't think of any - it solves exactly what we needed it to solve, and they're a pleasure to work with every day.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandium has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the speed in which it takes to get a new integration not only up and running, but scaled to all users, and listed in our marketplace. We also no longer have to make manual updates to integrations when API keys change or new versions of the software is released. Its truly been a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

We checked out a bunch of tools but had decided that our integrations were too complex for any of them to easily handle. We really didn't want to build everything ourselves from scratch but were resolved to doing that until we checked out Pandium. Now we can have the best of both worlds- the speed of using a platform but the control and flexibility of building in-house. Maintaining ownership of our apps was important to us and no other platform provides that.

The admin UI could use an update but it actually works so it's not that big of a deal.

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

Pandium has empowered our organization to move way faster to support new integration requests.  They have made it easier to start partnership conversations, deliver mutual value, and, more importantly, solve headaches and challenges that our customer-facing teams are presented with by way of our customers. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and familiar with our space, their team is an A+ team of hard-working individuals who are also great people. I highly recommend using Pandium to fully outsource your integration build and management or use them as an extension of your team for certain aspects of your integration builds and project management!

Big shout out to their CEO Cristina and Jon who lead their sales & partnerships efforts and the entire customer support & team supporting us!

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

I have been integrating products for almost a decade, and have always spent more time bootstrapping/maintaining the foundation for an evolving, scalable platform integrations platform, and not as much time on the critical logic that moves our customer data securely to different systems. Pandium offers to be this platform that offloads a lot of the platform requirements from us, and allows us to spend the majority of our time thinking about our business needs and customizations. Their library of auth connectors makes it very easy to start building and testing with different systems, and if Pandium does not happen to have a specific connector built, they have been extremely helpful in standing up what our customers need with pretty quick turnaround. We have built a number of connectors in a fraction of the time if we were to start completely from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

They are making great progress for even more marketplace customizations. This was our only concern when using their marketplace hosted by them. That being said, they were immediately helpful in getting more customizations on their roadmap and very receptive to feedback. So if there's anything that you think that Pandium can improve, from my experience, they are very receptive and honest about prioritizing their customers' needs.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly the infrastructure and marketplace. They have all of the infrastructure in place to allow for per-tenant customizations (including sync schedules), scheduling, and secure auth connectors for a wide variety of different platforms. We get to focus on the business logic of ingesting our customer data, applying the tenant customizations, and shipping to the desired system. The separation of concern here has allowed us to move faster than we would have otherwise.

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

My favorite part about Pandium is their team. They are so great, very hands-on, proactive and responsive. 
Once we completed the integration setup, our team has very minimal involvement, which is exactly what you want.
When we do need support form their team, they are very quick to respond. 
Also, using Pandium made it easy for us to integrate with Trustpilot, Happy Returns, ShipBob, NetSuite. There is also no maintenance for us with these integrations, Pandium handles it all.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

Maybe more visibility into metrics on the use of the integrations by our customers.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have built 4 integrations, including NetStuite, that we either deemed too labor intensive or that we didn't have the bandwidth to build at the time. This enabled our engineering team to focus on our core business. 
They've actually even scoped the NetSuite and Shipbob integration for us, and we relied heavily on their expertise.
Now we have hundreds of customers that are seamlessly pulling data from other tools into our platform using the integrations built by Pandium

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

Pandium goes above and beyond. Their support and responsiveness makes them feel like a true member of the team.
Their tech works, they're flexible and fast, and they're proactive with their best practices, ensuring we are actioning on the most impactful and important items in priority.

I have yet to encounter a downside to Pandium — and I am a big fan of constructive feedback, but the platform just works and the people behind it are insanely supportive and helpful.

Pandium is helping us scale our integrations with other ecommerce apps and systems for our customers. They are helping us avoid ad-hoc and custom costly integrations and offering us a place to host these integrations using our own code that can be as easy as a 'click-to-connect' for our customers.

Nothing negative to say here.  After trying another solution previously, Pandium was a much better fit for us.

We had to migrate from another type of iPaaS solution who basically did a bait and switch with their pricing and service they had originally sold us on only 6 months into the agreement.  Pandium's platform removed the bottlenecks we were facing and their team and support provided the quick services needed.

There are so many integration tools on the market, but we needed something that we wouldn't outgrow. Pandium fit the bill- it allows us to do everything our customers need in one platform without worrying about outgrowing the technology.  The tech just works and the team are truly experts in the field. Working with Pandium, I'm confident that we're building things right the first time and that they'll be there with us when we grow.

Pandium focuses on working exclusively with software companies, so it's built for folks who know how to build applications. The platform works great for us, but if you're looking for a Zapier-like experience, this isn't it.

Pandium has made building, launching, and managing integrations so much easier. It used to be headache, but Pandium takes care of everything—from authentication onward—so we can stay focused. Beyond the tech, the team is incredible. They respond quickly, are knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

Nothing major comes to mind. If I had to nitpick, there are always areas where additional customization could be useful. That said, the team listens to feedback and keeps improving the platform.

Integrations typically take up a lot headspace are are our engineering team’s least favorite work, but now we can roll them out faster without slowing down other initiatives.

Pandium's tech is easy to use and we were able to setup multiple integrations to offer in our SaaS product quickly.  There customer services is great, answering questions quickly and promptly.

We had some challenges with auth, but those were primarily on our end.

Our customers use other software products to run their business, and we needed them to be able to share data with these other products.  Pandium allowed us to quickly spin up an Integration Center where we could add support for data syncs.

The Pandium team has been fantastic to work with across numerous projects. They have a deep understanding of the use cases that have been collectively scoped across our projects and understand what business impact the use cases carry, leading to an easy time working with them and consecutive successful launches. Their team is highly responsive to feedback and willing to make changes on a dime but also knows when a specific ask might impact functionality our team would otherwise never have thought of and offers alternative solutions. This has been invaluable for me and my team.

It's hard to say what there is to dislike about Pandium - I'd like to see stronger searchability within logging if I had to nitpick.

Their team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Onboarding was smooth, and they took the time to understand our business and integration needs. Any time we need support, they’re quick to answer and solve any issues we have.


We work in an industry where our customer’s data privacy is crucial. The Pandium team takes this very seriously and even built us some custom features to address our specific security needs.

Our experience has only been positive. The team and the platform are both great. There are always areas for improvements and feature enehacnements, but no current dislikes.

The Pandium platform is backed by an awesome team! The documentation is easy to understand and delivers an excellent marketplace experience! I've not see a similar experience to their marketplace yet.

The Developer experience is still lacking in many regards. While it makes deploying an integration tenant easy, it's still rough to work with. There are many great features on the way, though!

**What do you like best about Pandium?**

The easy to use layout of the marketplace. It plugs in perfectly to our warehouse management system so our clients can easily add apps to their stack. It has helped us scale our partner integrations with the partner portal they can access to manage their marketplace tile, etc.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

Really there are none I can think of. The gains of using Pandium were huge- we really streamlined the way we do integrations and also empowered the partners to stand them up themselves and keep managing them.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can stop using internal engineering resources for these partner integrations. We have a lot of other projects they are working on & they do not have bandwidth to add to build and manage another integration, It is great the partner's team can build or we can outsource it being built.

We have worked on implementing an app store, and the help and services they provide are top-notch. We were able to delegate the front-end part of the store to them to focus on the integrations and building the business logic. They provided us with all the tools we needed for that, so it was an excellent experience, and the turnaround time for each integration was low.

**What do you dislike about Pandium?**

I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. Pandium is entirely open to suggestions and feature requests. They had implemented a few things that we needed to achieve our goals.

**What problems is Pandium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the complexity of dealing with external authentication to third parties and implementing an App Store on our system. Their solution reduced the code we had to write to get the App Store running.

Integrations are always tricky, and Pandium does a good job removing some of the worst elements. More examples for complicated integrations would be welcomed!

We want the interactions between systems to be clear to our users. Presenting the output directly to the users helps us keep observability as a first-class requirement!

- When I was first onboarding with them, they spent a significant amount of time explaining how each element of their platform works

- Relatively steep ramp-up process -- the platform isn't intuitive so you do need to work with them to learn it -- however, once you get it, it's very clear

We've wanted to build an integration center so that our customers can send data to other platforms. This would be extremely difficult and slow for us to do without Pandium.

This team is some of the most dedicated and brilliant group of people I have had the opportunity to work with!  Their platform is a great way to get to market quickly while adding marketplace capabilities to our family of tools!  Their partner portal is also an amazing tool!  Great all-around product and company to work with!

Like with most companies their documentation could improve although their team is always quick to help out!

I couldn't think of anything worth mentioning, their hard work cannot go unnoticed. But if I need to answer it would be maybe the ability to troubleshoot issues a bit further directly in the platform.

We are integrating some 3rd party apps via Pandium, and the integration is usually fast deployed, we are supported 100% during the process, QA, and once apps face our end clients!
