We have several different commission plans in place simultaneously for each of our sales and SDR teams and Palette can handle them all. It integrates with Salesforce and NetSuite seamlessly to pull the latest data without manual intervention, saving a lot of time. The UI can be a little daunting at first and we would not have been able to complete the implementation without the superb support offered by Simon and his colleagues. The ongoing maintenance can sometimes be challenging, but again, luckily Simon is a superhero and has never failed to jump on the phone and help when it's needed.
