The only thing that I wish that we had was a snadbox environment so that we could do proper testing if new or changed functionality. What I like most about PairSoft is their seamless integration with Raiser's Edge. A few years ago, I upgraded our office to their cloud based software and it works like a charm. I have everything I need at my fingertips when it comes to our audits and speaking with donors about their gifts. I love being able to see all my attachments on demand in just a matter of seconds. I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software itself. But, if I do get frustrated if I can't talk to a live person, which is very rare. I think it does what it is supposed to do for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike in PaperSave is the inability to delete an unwanted page from the document. When I try to delete a page, the whole document disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no positives. The best thing would be to avoid this system all together. We have tried to get assistance in fixing the issues for 4 months now, and each day is a repeat of the one before where nothing works. Lack of timely response to tickets for problems. Their team is also nonresponsive to emails/tickets, and it takes a week to get help, even on urgent issues.
This "OCR" software does not read Vendor Name, Invoice Number, Dollar Amount, Invoice Date from incoming invoice documents.
It attempts to GL code the invoice based on history but misses the dollar amounts and does not allow users to edit the line to add it. You have to delete that line and rekey it all. There is NO efficiency gain with this software because your team will have to touch EVERY invoice at many touchpoints.
Additionally, it does not integrate/communicate well with your ERP system. Ours continually show approved in Pairsoft, but in our ERP it shows pending. Our IT team has verified the issue is occurring in Pairsoft and not our system. We also started using the approval routing feature this year, which is a NIGHTMARE. It finds the assigned workflow when it wants to, fails frequently, and Pairsoft Techs cannot find the root cause.
Our invoices are simple, we process about 1200 invoices a month and that is too much for Pairsoft to handle.

The worst part about Pairsoft is its technical support and account management teams. They are unresponsive and routinely do not follow through. I've had urgent tickets sit in their queue for weeks without any response other than receiving the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When using PairSoft, the primary benefit for my desk has been the integration of multiple software applications that I work with. In getting these applications to properly speak to each other, PairSoft has bridged the gaps. When our team has searched for additional solutions to newfound problems, the Client Services team has been there to help us out either with training or with corrective application assistance. The least helpful aspect of PairSoft has been a ready solution for times when we needed instant fixes that are in high demand. At times, waiting for the ticket system to complete or not having a person close by has slowed down our resolution process.
