Over the years, Pagepro has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and unparalleled skill. Their internal systems and communication tools, combined with regular face-to-face catch-ups, have enabled our teams to remain connected seamlessly across the globe, despite differing time zones. They have extremely poor communication. Once you agree to a contract, it is not uncommon for them to disappear for two weeks, ignoring all emails, tickets and slack messages. It happened to us on multiple occasions - they promised to do better, but did not. This starts at the top with their CEO.
