I've deducted 1 star because their customer support is not up to the mark. If ever one faces any issue with their service, we cannot rely on their CS for a resolution, we have to ask the community. Another drawback is their pricing. It is quite confusing at first glance. The main thing what I like in their email marketing is their fast and responsive outreach campaigns. They provide full planing and stretegy before creating any outreach campaign.
