I like that I can create multiple groups of companies that I am following. This allows me to separate companies by industry and segments within an industry and avoid getting an overload of information that I may not necessarily want at the moment. I also like that I can customize the alerts that I am receiving so that there isn't an overload of information in my inbox, while also making sure I quickly get alerted to new news. I know that it is hard to get the information, but it would be great if more of the company data was accurate. An example would be the number of employees and the amount of revenue. WIth private companies, there is no real way to get that information though so I can't totally hold that against Owler. I also think that a nice feature to add would be a "Companies You May Be Interested In" section in the feed. Each company has related companies attached to it but this general section could pull companies based on everyone that I follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Valuable company insights across thousands of companies. Provides background on venture capital funding, number of employees, and company revenue. Also shows a great list of competitors that offer a similar service, allowing you to compare the companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I know it's valuable to the community to collect crowd-sourced materials, the questions presented are sometimes too much to manage from time to time. Also, sometimes it shows "competitors" that are not actually competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was doing competitor research for one of my clients, and I found valuable insight in evaluating revenue data for those competitors. I wasn't able to find this data anywhere else, and it helped us make very meaningful business decisions off of insight we didn't have prior to using Owler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I was using Owler, I had a limit to the amount of companies that I was able to gather information on. I wish that the plan I had paid for (I believe it was ~$100), would have given me more than the limit I was imposed with my plan.
