What do you like best about Overloop.ai?

Overloop works quite well as a CRM; at my company, we have used it for sales automation and customer prospecting, allowing our sales team to prospect efficiently and in a personalized way. The platform is easy to use, offers a wide range of features and tools that have helped automate repetitive tasks, and significantly improves our productivity and effectiveness in prospecting and customer retention. The technical support the Overloop team provides is excellent. What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?

The user interface is not intuitive and a bit difficult to navigate. It may not be the most suitable if you are looking for deep integration with other tools; it is a bit more limited in that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overloop has benefited our organization in multiple ways; on the one hand, it has allowed us to automate repetitive tasks such as contact searches, sending emails and managing responses, things that have helped save time while efficiency is increased; in addition, we can segment contact lists and personalize messages based on each prospect's data, improving the response rate and effectiveness of our campaigns. Overloop also has good analytics and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance and evaluate prospect data to improve our strategies and increase results. Overloop is intuitive and easy to learn; today, it is our primary customer relationship management tool and is trouble-free. Overloop has helped us to automate a large part of our sales-related processes, to engage our sales contacts in the right way and at the right time, to forecast sales and, above all, make smarter sales decisions. What do you like best about Overloop.ai?

Have used at two companies now and really like how easy Overloop is to use and the accuracy of the contact details they provide back.

Particularly like their Linkedin extension and how they actually source contacts - you can easily get contacts that are not available in zoominfo and other tools like apollo.io. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
