In addition to providing key insights on what would work, best practices for the segment of the customers, they worked with us to create a custom flow. For example, we had a unique requirement to trigger an email to newly onboarded customers to choose gifts for their team. The Outgage team worked with us to create this solution and we were able to impress our customers from day one!
