What do you like best about Outbound?

Most helpful features about it are:

1. We need to connect and find different target companies and expand our reach, which also gets us their contact details for outreach.

2. Its really easy to synchronise the data across CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement which helps to drive true attributions and track the marketing ROI as well.

3. The filter feature helps to get more specific results and automatically qualifies the accounts worth contacting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outbound?

The least helpful features are:

1. The pricing of the subscription plan was not reasonable for me and as per my needs. In comparison to other similar platforms, it is slightly on the expensive side.

2. The search time for the leads was sometimes too long for me, even with a stable internet connection.

3. The dashboard had various icons located on the left side which were difficult to recognize at first and also search at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outbound?

Outbound is a great sales intelligence platform to find new target companies and expand our reach and get their contact details for outreach. It's easy to use and we got the team set up in no time. What do you dislike about Outbound?

So far it's been a good and smooth experience, the only thing I would want for the future would be for the interface to be translated to Portuguese. Having that said, even reps with basic English found it simple to use and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outbound?

I used it to find new B2B leads and automate email campaigns to my cold leads. I really liked how easy it was to set up and find new leads and their contact data. By automating the campaigns we were able to save time on prospecting and reach new deals. Outbound offered excellent customer service, a very powerful sales intelligence tool, and it helped our business grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outbound?

I thoroughly recommend the product. There is some improvement to be had on the UX side. However, it doesn't hinder the functionality of the platform. I'd recommend Outbound to anyone looking to improve its sales process to grow business quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outbound?

I like that I can do everything from a single platform and that I can enrich my CRM company records immediately. A lot of the other platforms I have tried out don't include the company decision-makers so I always have to jump between tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outbound?

The product still needs some polishing but I heard from their support team that they're pushing a product update quite soon. The API could also allow for a bit more use cases that are currently only possible in the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outbound?

After having used multiple similar tools like this one, this is by far the best in terms of the accuracy of B2B contact data. All the data is verified and it even has an additional in-built email verification feature if you have your own data. The way it is set up, I personally found it really easy to create and login and start using it right away - it's fairly easy to do it by oneself. Having said that if there at all is ever any need for support the team is super quick to jump to the rescue and help out with anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outbound?

I had the opportunity to use it extensively as a tool and dive into all the features. Considering what is out there and the price/limitations one has to pay for alternates of Outbound, it's a no-brainer. What do you like best about Outbound?

Outbound is great for sales prospecting, it's instantly so easy to get to grips with, so you can get up and running with lead generation campaigns quickly. The quality of the data is superb, especially for account-based marketing. I use it to mine multiple contacts within target accounts. and am getting very good results with it.
