What do you like best about Out Of The Blue?

I can consolidate data from multiple sources with Out of the Blue. I am able to get the full picture from ad spend to site visits to conversion - like a single pane of glass! Earlier I had to log into many tools to get to the same information and I was dependent on my analyst to put together the infotmaion and now I can do it myself. It's always difficult to track individual page links on different website pages as parallel development and releases by developers sometimes result in broken links on website. 1. The onboarding process should be easier.

The initial manual data tracking and error detection on our website through written scripts became a bit cumbersome with frequent updates and with the adoption of new frameworks for website development. With Out Of The Blue integration, it is now easier for us to add bug/error related fixes quickly without letting them go unnoticed for longer time durations, helping us maintain our customer experience intact while also performing well in SEO ranking. All reports on one screen are really something we were looking for. Out of the blue provided exactly that to us. Now we can easily monitor our site health and take action. It improves our customer experience. A smooth checkout process was implemented with the help of the tool. Their Slack channel support provides a quick solution. As a newcomer in the domain, we faced lots of issues handling our site, it often went down, links didn't work, Our cart abandonment rate was high due to payment issues. But Out of the Blue was a savior. Now we get all data, events errors on one single dashboard, their customer service is available on slack channel as well which is quick and easy. Blue Out of the World highlights my website problems what cannot be seen by someone else. Wow, not only has it been worthwhile in catching bugs and glitches, which in turn helped me to gain more sales and profit but also a problem that I started to notice as usual nobody could, - a broken product search function. An alerting system is overwhelming. Blue from the start creates a lot of alarms that might be important, but many are not. Out of the Blue plays a gaurd role in my online store by constantly speeding for activities which may lead to lower sale.
