Osano was very easy to onboard -- the documentation and assistance were fantastic, but we almost didn't need them because the platform was intuitive to use. The biggest advantage for us, however, was how well Osano handles managing permissions for our Hubspot integration. We tried other solutions who claimed they worked with Hubspot, but they weren't setup for managing Hubspot's code on a non-Hubspot website. I love how easy Osano is to set up and manage. The cookie consent banner took just one line of JavaScript, and everything from script management to disclosures is super intuitive. The TrustHub feature keeps all our compliance pages in one place, and the location detection automatically adjusts consent for each visitor. The only real downside is the price — it’s definitely on the higher side compared to other tools. For smaller organizations or lower-traffic sites, the cost can feel steep. Ability to implement very quickly to sites with the CMP, clone configurations, make changes and finalize deployment through publishing. Also like the continuous monitoring of discovered cookies and scripts. Also like that you can configure a site with Silent mode while it performs discovery. Customer service is excellent as they provided rapid guidance on what was possible and impossible. Also works great with GA, GTM and CMS such as Drupal and WP. While I do like the easy "out of the box" configurations, many "custom" configurations can only be implemented with custom CSS or Osano JavaScript querystring for templates. I wish the Preview feature within the tool can show the live UI changes, like button made invisible or custom banner border and color. That said, the out of the box configuration will help 90% of companies and mine was the 10% where my internal customers wanted tweaks. Also works great with GA and GTM but if you tweak the template parameter and other forced customizations, you'll have to do a little but more work on the integration. I like using Osano for managing user privacy consent choices. It simplifies the process of collecting consent and sending those signals to my tagging solution.
