# Has the learning curve, cluttered layout, and missing integrations changed how quickly you can ramp reps? When I introduce new reps to Orum, the first reaction is often that the layout and options feel overwhelming. There are a lot of filters, views, and steps to memorize before they feel confident hitting the phones. On top of that, stitching Orum into tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Outreach can involve tricky setup and occasional sync issues, which I often have to explain or fix mid‑week. Instead of spending ramp time on talk tracks and objection handling, I find myself walking people through screens and workarounds. For teams that have gone through this, how have the learning curve and integration friction affected your onboarding speed and day‑to‑day adoption? ##### Post Metadata

# How are you managing notes, past context, and follow‑ups when Orum does not surface the right info at the right time? When a prospect finally picks up, I want their history in front of me right away, but in Orum I often find myself scrambling between screens to find past notes, the exact number I used, or the CRM record. Not having previous notes auto‑open, not seeing which number a conversation happened on, or having to click into Salesforce or Outreach manually can slow me down during a live call. Afterward, keeping track of which records are true follow‑ups versus general tasks can feel messy, and I worry I am missing callbacks or repeating earlier questions because I cannot quickly see what was said. How are you keeping your notes and follow‑ups organized inside Orum so you keep continuity with each prospect? ##### Post Metadata

# What is your experience with enrichment accuracy and missing mobile numbers, and how does it affect your outreach plans? I lean on Orum’s enrichment when a record is missing a direct dial, but I am finding that a fair share of the numbers are either wrong or not very helpful. When more than half of the enriched numbers miss, I burn dials and time, then still have to go back to manual research. On top of that, not being able to enrich blank mobile fields in my CRM leaves gaps in my sequences, so some prospects never make it into a real calling rhythm. This throws off my planning for how many quality conversations I can expect in a day. How are you all setting expectations around enrichment and working around inaccurate or missing mobile numbers in your outreach? ##### Post Metadata

# How are you handling list imports, contact limits, and the extra steps they add to your day? A big part of my day is building and working targeted lists, so it feels like more of a grind than it should when I hit upload limits or cannot simply bring in a CSV of call tasks. I often have to break lists apart or rework things in my CRM just to get contacts into Orum the way I need, which adds extra prep time before I can actually start dialing. When I cannot import leads the way my process is set up, I either skip good prospects or end up doing manual workarounds. This pulls time away from live conversations, which is the whole point of using Orum. How are others organizing lists and imports so this stuff does not become a daily bottleneck? ##### Post Metadata

# Connect delay and call quality issues slow live conversations and make me sound unprepared I rely on Orum to jump quickly into live conversations, but the lag between a prospect picking up and me actually being connected creates awkward starts. I sometimes end up talking over the other person or needing to repeat my intro because of the delay. On top of that, drop-offs and inconsistent audio mean I occasionally have to call back and explain why the line suddenly cut out, which does not reflect well on me or my company. When parallel or power dialing is laggy or misidentifies a voicemail as a live person, it eats into my calling blocks and makes it harder to hit my outbound goals. Is anyone else seeing this kind of connect delay or call quality friction, and how do you handle it when you are in front of a prospect? ##### Post Metadata
