What do you like best about OrderProtection.com?

OrderProtection.com has been effective for handling customers’ complaints of lost, damaged or stolen parcels. By having a ‘round the clock technical support team, my team is relieved of the duty, and customers are happy with the quick solution to the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrderProtection.com?

Getting to a point where they offer better customization to the order protection plans feels restricted. I was not able relieve the pressure on the website by boosting the order protection revenues without making my customers unhappy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
