User experience is not the best.and can definitely be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in the process of reverse logistics, so we leverage order management for returns and replacement and supply chain for fulfillment. Very flexible modelling of configurable and multi option Service.

It is very useful for our needs.

We are currently going though the process of moving to Oracle. It is very challenging, with little to no benefits.

What do you like best about Oracle Order Management Cloud?

As a purchasing professional at the time. This tool enable me to gain more efficiency with just in time jnventory management, and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to do an overhaul on their old inventory system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that everything is cloud based. We can work remotely from home, on the go, etc. In a small work office with limited people, this is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
