After using Oracle Instantis for my job, I like how the program offers multiple tabs and organizes what I am looking for into separate categories. The organization of the program is great and I like how I can feel safe and secure accessing my information on the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program itself works well, but the visual layout of the tabs in the program are hard to naviagate at times. The layout is not user friendly in that you must open multiple tabs to view something, rather than toggle over it. I like that Oracle stores all the customer information and notes on their account in one place. It makes it easier when looking up a contact to be able to access their contact information and past interactions when they have called in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It will close out if a customer sends a picture. Not sure if the system can not handle when photos get sent via emails but it will close Oracle out completely if I try to open an email with a picture attached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
