Opera is an excellent suite for hotel management, covering all the essential activities that a PMS should handle. In some cases, it goes above and beyond by offering additional features that other PMSs either consider nice-to-have or do not include at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management System?

Everything works well until you need support. You have to use their ticket system, which takes too long to respond, even for priority 1 issues. I've had tickets go unanswered for over a week. There's no way to escalate incidents or contact someone directly. Sadly, it feels like our organization is just another number to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, Opera has not resolved any issues I previously encountered with other PMSs; it is only slightly more stable than others. To be fair, I must acknowledge that connectivity is not an issue for them. As the most widely used PMS globally, there are numerous integration options available.
