Opera is an excellent suite for hotel management, covering all the essential activities that a PMS should handle. In some cases, it goes above and beyond by offering additional features that other PMSs either consider nice-to-have or do not include at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything works well until you need support. You have to use their ticket system, which takes too long to respond, even for priority 1 issues. I've had tickets go unanswered for over a week.
