Oracle cloud provides a good hybrid model of public cloud and on-premise infrasturcture for better control in delivering cloud infrastructure services. With features like compute, database management, analytics, big data, networking, security and compliance , application development , management and governance oracle provides all modern cloud capabilities required for enterprise usage. Self -service and orscle exadata are one of the best things that oracle cloud provides. Oracle has higher skileld resources ,, support and technical staff and a string suite of enterprise products compared to its competetors like microsoft azure, google cloud and amazon web services. Oracle cloud needs specific skillset for administration and control especially when using advanced features. Hence a dedicated team of technical experts is required . Some features which can be improved are Location based control, scalability, integration with third oarty services, intuitive oci interface, insights on offerings.
