OpTonal is incredibly precise with it's output. There are several different types of outputs you can get from calls by setting up prompts that automatically provide information. For our team, OpTonal helps with call follow ups, detailed action items, and automatic updates to specific objects in Salesforce. Beyond that, the OpTonal team is incredibly responsive and open to our use cases. OpTonal was also very easy to integrate into our systems and quick to implement. OpTonal has saved me several hours each week by helping me be more efficient in managing my pipeline -- for example, it analyzes each call that I have with my clients and prompts a sample follow-up for me to send that matches my personality/messaging style. I also like the fact is develops me as a rep by providing actionable feedback on how to improve and ask deeper level questions on future calls. Best of all it is integrated into slack so I receive a summary after each call with all the relevant infromation and often refer back to it before meetings. Additionally, it has a playground feature that allows you to select any recorded call and ask any question you are looking to answer (biggest paint point, summary of challenges, etc.) so you can really be creative in how you use the tool.
Overall, it has been a tool I use on in my daily tasks and anytime I need assistance adjusting my output or have any questions about the tool overall, their team is highly responsive and always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there are some improvements that can be made when selecting a call within the playground features (i.e. filters that allow you to select a call based on owner, date, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the high quality of the output that OpTonal provides. With other AI systems I have tried, I found that much of my time savings were eaten up by time spent editing output or tweaking prompts. OpTonal provides consistently solid content that cuts through the fluff and hits the relevant points of my meetings.
OpTonal also makes accessing the content it generates easy. As a CS Manager for a tech startup, I am often overloaded with open dashboards. With OpTonal, I can access the content I need directly from Slack, where I can use it quickly to get information to my customers, my team, and other teams that need it. OpTonal is the biggest time saver there is and I pretty use it daily. All my calls are wrapper up with insights that help me better understand my calls but helps break them down as well. I can use it's play ground to pull detailed information right from the customers mouth. Easy set up process and connects to your CRM and recording tools. Keeps my CRM updated and clean! My biggest bennefit from using OpTonal was after finishing up meetings on Zoom, OpTonal would slack me a few items:

OpTonal is super intuitive and easy to use. I love that the tool is able to write my follow-up emails for me, saving me a lot of time on admin work. The post-call feedback is also very beneficial and actionable, especially for teams where the sales manager doesn't necessarily have time to sit and review team calls to provide feedback.
