They developed the necessary data conversion tools with special macros in Excel, both without API integration and by being flexible to our request for a completely custom data template. Although Optiyol may seem like a route optimization application, it constitutes much more than that for our operations. Thanks to route optimization, it makes cost improvements with its low kilometers and provides great support to our green transformation plans with low CO2 emissions. Optiyol, so to speak, is an intelligent system that allows us to know how the transportation vehicles of our company, company which also operates in the FMCG sector, should be loaded. Therefore, before starting our daily operation, we learn which products, orders and vehicles need to be prepared priorly by examining our orders and shipments from the Optiyol system. Thanks to Optiyol we save 45 minutes of work time per vehicle at each loading on our daily operation.

Optiyol takes very complex optimization challenges and solves them for you. Some days I have to schedule tens of drivers. Some of them drive small cars, others trucks. Some are available all day long, some others can only work the morning. We have a few different starting locations. Drivers who drive their personal cars cost me more per mile but less per minute than drivers who drive cars that I own.

User interface could be far improved and it takes a long time to learn how to use the system. But I guess that is the price for all of the advanced features that Optiyol offers.
