I'll make it nice and neat:
1. Their team and support quality is the best among the different providers we've worked with.
2. Their XM solutions are wonderful. The product offers flexibility + agility that is key for all our projects.
3. Tailor-made developments can be requested and they are released super quick.
4. We're analyzing and improving our customer's experience by the minute thanks to their advanced analytics features. Text Analytics, Case Management, and a wide set of widgets that make reporting easy to read and to act-on.
5. We manage all our CX efforts through OPINATOR. All NPS, VoC, CSAT, etc. programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OPINATOR is a fantastic product, we're really happy with their different capabilities. It's the best Experience Management solution we've used by far, it makes everything easier, dynamic, and empowering, for both us as CX professionals but also to our customers, as we are now able to bring them real experiences while measuring their experience. I must also highlight their team, as they provide an outstanding service. Every time we need a hand, they're ready to help. However, another thing that we really like is that the software it's pretty easy to use and straightforward, we mostly manage everything internally for ourselves. Their Text Analytics system it's impressive and the Close the Loop module works wonders for case management. It's a real all-in-one solution to manage our CX efforts. The user interface could use a revamp, as it is a bit outdated compared to what the tool is capable of and the almost limitless possibilities they offer for our surveys. The best thing about Opinator, besides its platform which is great, both for the design, usability, and the representation of the results, is the service it provides. It is not easy to adapt to the needs of all clients, but at Opinator, there is never a no for an answer; they always consider the different options available to offer the best ad hoc service to the client. Although it is something that is already being worked on, it would be good to evaluate customer requests to be able to incorporate them into the base service (not ad hoc). In the end, we feed back and learn from our partners/customers.

OPINATOR is a comprehensive and very round solution to manage and leverage Customer Experience results. It offers great and powerful Customer Feedback and Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities, helping us on improving all our CX programs, measuring and comparing our NPS growth over time, and overall, granting us the possibility to offer a new and exceptional experience to all our customers. We are delighted with the way Opinator seamlessly integrates with our systems. They worked to connect their tool with Microsoft Dynamics, Business Objects, Active Directory Federation Services, even our self developed systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used the Opinator platform for over three years, and the functionality is very user friendly. The Opinator team is very knowledgeable and always willing to jump right in and help.
