There are several issues that we encountered throughout our time with OpenText RightFax. It was impossible to get clear communication and responses. We did not know who our account contact was so we spent lots of time emailing other individuals without success. When it came time to close our account, they continued to bill us in error. They have been unreasonable and unresponsive in order to get the issues resolved. Beware that you may be billed and unable to contest the incorrect billing practices. One of the best product for paperless fax that can be seamlessly integrated with digital and traditional analog fax machines and VOIP. Used this product extensively for handling high volume of incoming and outgoing faxes. The simplicity of clicking print and picking the RightFax printer is great. You no longer need to go to the fax machine, punch in the correct numbers and then hope it gets to the right place.
