The UX is simplistic and quite intuitive. Navigating through the useful features was simple even for a non-ML engineer like me. It did not always capture all the keys in a given PDF document. It is understandable though because most other systems couldn't even reach that level. Nothing much to complain about because we didn't explore opentext's full potential. We explored only what we needed and that seems to be promising and good enough. Opentext helps us freely convert all our purchase data files into sections of useful data for analysis. Before opting Open Text this was done manually with excel, now it has been automated which saves valuable time. Classification of diffrent types of inputs is also taken care of.
