What do you like best about OpenSponsorship?

Open Sponsorship gets influencers tied in with Brands in a way no other platform does. The ease of use and tools provided allow brands to get the best bang for the buck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenSponsorship?

Some of the content approval is slow. But I think that can be tied to brands being slow to check content and getting it approved for use by the influencer to make the greatest impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenSponsorship solving and how is that benefiting you?

Open Sponshorship is getting influencer content exposed to more brands so that both brands and influencers can bring greater awareness to themselves and the brands that are using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenSponsorship?

At this point, not too much. Primarily we like the platform for keeping all athlete communications in one place and for payment management. However, in the past 4-6 months, Open Sponsorship has had issues with both of those things, and it has become more work to manage the platform than to manage our athletes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenSponsorship?

It's difficult to recommend a platform that is going backward in its functionality and usefulness. Recently, content has been disappearing, athletes cannot upload metrics, metrics that do come through are inconsistent with what we need on the native platform, we can no longer attach files to direct messages, etc. We've created a system outside of Open Sponsorship to manage pretty much everything at this point because the platform is so unreliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenSponsorship solving and how is that benefiting you?

Please see above. We primarily used the platform to track content and communication, however we can't trust that the platform is doing that at this point. We are still relying on the platform for timely athlete payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenSponsorship?

The search feature is super easy to use and it allows for filters. We needed to find a racing driver and we were able to find one with a single click on the filter section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenSponsorship?

OpenSponsorship's full plan was a bit too expensive for us in the end so we had to manage the account by ourselves for the client. This wasn't too bad, just takes a bit of learning to set up a marketing campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenSponsorship solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed to find a race car driver for a marketing campaign with one of my classic car clients. Their search feature allowed us find someone pretty easily thanks for filters. Once you find someone you like, you can send them a message directly about sponsoring them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
