I work with Richard White from OpenSesame. He is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He is consistent, quick to resolve issues with a friendly and helpful attitude. Working with Richard and the OpenSesame team to create a custome bundle that works for us has been a positive experience from the ease of implementation to the user friendly admin system. OpenSesame has a great selection of training courses. Overall our expereince with OpenSesame has been great. If we had one wish, it would be for more consistency in course quality across providers and a more intuitive search experience to quickly surface the best content. I use OpenSesame courses at my company for all of our employees, but I also take advantage of them myself! The courses are well-made and offer valuable insights not just for work, but for other areas of life as well. From work-life balance to neurodiversity and skill development, the variety of courses available is immense! I also appreciate the customer service. The least helpful aspect for me is reporting. It can be challenging to get a quick overview of what someone has completed, especially when they’re working through a list of courses. I champion OpenSesame for the wealth of educational tools available in it's content package. There's a variety of pubishers that offer options to fit every learning style in addition to the vast amount of content made available to it's users. The software is easy to navigate and upload into an existing HRIS platform. OpenSesame's Customer Service is next to none. The team is very accomodating and willingto answer any questions as well as step up to the plate to troubleshoot issues when they arise. OpenSesame has created the backbone behind my company's L&D program that has only enhanced capabilities for learners and administrators as well. I really like the depth and breadth of their catalog. They have courses on all manner of topics as well all different styles. I especially like their vendors for executive book summaries.

The variety of content providers and the support received from our Customer Success Manager is outstanding. I meet quarterly with our CSM and provided with important stats on our seat utilization, completion rates, and new content providers that we may be interested in. OpenSesame offers an extensive course catalog, covering everything from project management to personal development to workplace safety and many topics in between. We have a training team of one person for many departments. The off-the-shelf training allows us to offer courses that are relevant to our diverse workforce and to align with departmental and organizational goals. Self-paced courses allow our learners to visit the material at their convenience. The OpenSesame course catalog is intuitive and easy to navigate. Searching for specific courses and topics is easy. Courses are easy to load into our LMS, despite the limitations of our current LMS. The OpenSesame Curation support is a fantastic benefit of working with OpenSesame. I can put in a training request to get customized suggestions for courses rather than having to sift through 26,000+ courses on my own.
OpenSesame provides exceptional customer service. Martyn W. worked with me every step of the way to provide information and demos whenever needed during the procurement process. Martyn continues to provide support well after the contract has been executed. LaRonda, our Customer Success Manager, has been a valuable asset in rolling out our new training program and providing continued support. LaRonda M. is clearly knowledgeable, passionate, and enthusiastic about what OpenSesame offers and is there for me whenever I have questions or need help. I always look forward to interacting with LaRonda. Her positive outlook and friendliness make for an enjoyable partnership. Additionally, OpenSesame provides outstanding customer support for our learners via phone call, email, or chat. We're always impressed with the variety of high-quality publishers that continue to be added to the catalog. When we have an immediate training need or issue to be addressed, we are never disappointed with the multiple options we find, which helps us with a quick solution. We've also had fantastic support from our Customer Success Manager, BJ. He's very responsive to our questions and requests while providing us with more resources than we expect.
