I champion OpenSesame for the wealth of educational tools available in it's content package. There's a variety of pubishers that offer options to fit every learning style in addition to the vast amount of content made available to it's users. The software is easy to navigate and upload into an existing HRIS platform. OpenSesame's Customer Service is next to none. The team is very accomodating and willingto answer any questions as well as step up to the plate to troubleshoot issues when they arise. OpenSesame has created the backbone behind my company's L&D program that has only enhanced capabilities for learners and administrators as well. Great variety of content. They have almost every possible corporate training topic you may need. This is especially valuable for compliance related training. They are also easy to integrate with Workday (which is surprising to me as this LMS is not best). Their customer service is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of their training is ok, but not great. There are not many activities that people can complete as part of the trainings integrating those activities to practical application. There are also some outdated training styles or too “creative” (not in a good way), which makes learners frustrated. I would still go back to using OpenSesame if I’m in the market for a content provider, especially when cost is involved as they are very affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
