What do you like best about Onspring?

The flexibility of use, to report on any field and correct what I need immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onspring?

Slow queues at the end of the month into the very beginning of the next month. Our system starts to slow down. However, I know they are currently addressing this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Customer Support, but Onboarding Was Challenging Without Direct Onspring Help"
What do you like best about Onspring?

Customer support was excellent. Once the apps have been established and integration mapping has been set up appropriately it should be fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Learning hurdles as we did not have direct Onspring support for onboarding as we used a third party. Direct Onspring support has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding was difficult as we had to use a third party and unable to work directly with OnSpring. Since we have scaled we have had the ability to work directly with Onspring and have had a much better experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
