"Special procedures for certain legal processes"

What do you like best about OnitX Apps?

We designed an automated workflow for reviewing NDAs that would have taken our team hours to do manually otherwise. I need no more getting into endless discussions about the version control system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnitX Apps?

Exporting data for reporting or feeding information into other systems often require some sort of workarounds. This distorts the very efficiency that is often offered as a major selling point of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnitX Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnitX Apps have helped us in so many ways to make changes for our internal legal procedures. Have been able to demarcate time consuming tasks and done away with the need for hierarchy within the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very flexible and modern ELM system"

What do you like best about OnitX Enterprise Legal Management?

Onit exposes services through easy to use rest web services to create new records and quick and easy to integrate with TeamConnect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnitX Enterprise Legal Management?

Documentation and help articles are very few. The learning curve is steep for end-users and developers working inside Onit. Out of the box, features are less compared to other ELM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnitX Enterprise Legal Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have Integrated TeamConnect subpoena matters with Onit application. The fast and responsive UI and performance is excellant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform!"

What do you like best about OnitX Enterprise Legal Management?

Onit is not just an ELM solution. It is a platform where workflow applications can be created (by you or their professional services team) for various business use cases. The interface is intuitive and requires little to no training for first-time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnitX Enterprise Legal Management?

There is no SAP integration...yet. The process of moving applications from UAT to Production is getting better but still needs work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnitX Enterprise Legal Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Besides matter management and eBilling, we have created applications that help us with tracking: 1) Specialty Claims, 2) Contracts, 3) Patent Clearances, 4) Government Expenditures, 5) Counterfeit Products, 6) Data Register (GDPR), 7) Trademark Clearances - among others. What do you dislike about OnitX Contract Lifecycle Management?

Even working with a partner to customize, we still did not get all the functionality we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OnitX Contract Lifecycle Management:

There is some basic functionality that we wanted in a contract lifecycle management tool that was not available and could not even be customized. Such as the ability to create parent/child relationships with contracts. We did a workaround for it that kind of works but is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnitX Contract Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

A universal application to ensure our contracts are correctly routed for approval according to company rules and our CiA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
