Ease of use and the tailorable solution which makes it very easy for me to use and amend the sytem in line with my requirements. To implment the system is very easy and easy to role out to people in our business. WIth the data channels it is easy to intergrate inot other systems with our business. It is flexible and easy to use. Once you get use to it, it is intuitive and makes navigating to the correct product(s) easy. Changes can be done via a quick import or manually with equal ease.

Some features can be bit rigid so you need to ensure you get certain criteria such as product type/family correct from the start. You can still change and update, but it demands a bit more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PIM is user friendly and organises your information very well with multiple tools to use to either filter your searches and find information quicker or even to extract and import data from the system itself. I don't believe there is anything that I would say is "disliked" but definitely things that can be changed or developed better on a larger scale. One example of this is with the media section of the software whereby if you want to upload and assign specific media to specific items it can be quite manual and not as automated as it could be. Same for the filter searches, it would be great if the filters on the product summary page could be altered so that it is flexible to your organisation meaning you could change the main filters to be what you want thus creating a specific and tailored view.
