OneTimePIM Pros and Cons

Having worked with OneTimePIM for a few years, I have had plenty of experience with the system and with the team. This has been a positive experience. If I set aside the functionality of the PIM which is intuitive and easy to use and become a proficient user. The team, are the driving factor to our growth and involvement, if we ask for development and to improve or include an add on in this system, the team are flexible and it is easy to deliver a solution. With PIM systems it is fundamentally a database. I would say desktop themes could improve the experience, this may seem superficial, however, members of the business do spend hours in the data. The addition of different colour background and text aside from the white text on black background and vice versa, may support all users needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The PIM system is intuitive and it is effortless to use.

The interface is quite user-friendly and after a couple of trials, you get used pretty quickly.

The integration with our system is straightforward too and you can customise the features to your organisation's needs.

The grid view is easy to use but it could be a bit more flexible, with maybe having the opportunity to show only the attributes you are able to change instead of scrolling between all of them. It becomes annoying if you have many attributes per product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility of the platform, and the dev teams ability to add any features that I need. Once it was up and running the pim seamlessly connected to our shopify store and made our life so much easier. Pat is great and always gets back to us in a timely manner. I don't like the fact that during set-up, employees have to wait for newer items to be maually uploaded. So we cannot access information about new products easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to seamlessly upload and download data makes keeping records easy. The amount of detail that can be captured and the ease of access is really a strength. There are a lot of API so it's easy to integrate with other systems (e.g. SAP).

Marketing users can upload and maintain data and images without IT support.

It's very fast and clear.

PIM is a system that i frequently use in my day to day work. The search bar tool is very handy to quickly find the product i am looking for. I especially like the grid view so i can compare multiple products data at the same time without having to individually select it. The PIM system was very quickly implemented to the buisness and has been integrated into the majority of internal teams daily activity. the customer support from chris and Pat has been amazing in our frequent meetings, always very informative of an updates and ensure that any problems we come across are solved. The only problem i find with the PIM System is that it takes a while to import the Master export spreadsheet, however this is a rather large document . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
