I have been using HubSpot for many years in the private sector but for a non-profit organisation, a much more affordable and user friendly platform was required. HubSpot is a giant and can easily overwhelm.
OnePageCRM so far has proven to be the perfect tool for our organisation which is growing rapidly. It was easy to set up and train our users on. The email integration works seamlessly and the simple one line action stream is perfect for uncomplicated updates everyone can benefit from.
It's that si plicity which makes it a welcome platform as we training up users not necessarily familiar with CRM platforms.

I've used OnePage in the past and found it extremely beneficial for tracking communications within the organisation I used to work for. A few years ago, I was recruited to set up a children's day nursery, and I've been finding it increasingly difficult to keep track of conversations with parents and prospective parents. Then, it suddenly occurred to me how effective OnePage had been in the past at helping me stay organised. Since introducing it to my team, our support for children and their families has become more efficient. We're able to set reminders and tasks for each other, ensuring we provide the care and support our children need. I'm so pleased I remembered OnePage and have embedded it into our nursery. Let me be clear: I do not sell anything. A big part of my job is keeping in touch with people on a regular and systematic basis—visiting, calling, getting coffee, having them over for dinner, etc. Up until now, I have fumbled through with manual solutions like spreadsheets.
I began to look for software to help, but most of the CRMs are much too convoluted for my purposes. OnePageCRM, however, is perfect. It still has more than I need, but the single-page Action Stream is ideal. Once I reach out to someone, I can immediately set a schedule to reach out again in 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, or whatever timeframe I choose. It works beautifully. Once everyone on my contact list has been contacted, I will have an Action Stream that literally tells me what I need to do in that area of my life. I can’t improve on that—like I said, it’s perfect.

Because it is designed for sales, it has a few features that I’d like to be able to switch off. For example, I love the daily email giving me Today’s Actions, but it includes a section on “pending deals” and a “sales summary.” It’s not a big deal, but if I could customize the email to remove those sections, I would.

We use it all the time and its so easy to use. it may not have the bells and features of other more well known software, but it has everything that we need. We rolled it out to over 20 users in hours, indluding their excellend Outlook Integration - also, and most importantly, their online knowledge base and their 1-2-1 Support is superb!
