What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

This is the best CRM I have found for small buisiness. Other systems have far too many cluttered and confusing features. By contrast, OnePage CRM's uncluttered interface makes it easy to import and get started, use and update customer information. The task-based system focuses priorities in an intuitive way. Pipelines are easy to set up. Emailing and templates are all easy to understand. Customer support is friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

An HTML email editor would save using external mailing apps, but it's not a dealbreaker. Integrated app data should have deeper access OnePage's automation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Although it lends itself as a sales CRM, we do not operate or use it in that way. As such, the workflow and pipeline process can seem less specific to a NFP or non-sales focused organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best Part of this CRM, it's very esay to use! My jouniers and new members are easily use this software as compare to other software it's very userfriendly!

Designe is very uniqe and attractive and also backend team was amazing they are resolve all the quaily and issues instantly and they are avalible 24/7 Hours ! Also the performance and Analytics feature was amazing and better to repor, Tracking, sales and management was amazing!

Here some feature that need to improcved,like in this genz y9ou can add more AI tools, and third party software so they help to make easy thing to admin and user both!

there is limited email marketing feature, Detail's Verfication, And detail report's as well as sometime many gulitch facing by my team, leads not update on time, server take more time so these are minor changes you can do in future.! rest all good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firslty about my data management, before CRM, we manage our all the data on the excel, google sheet or notpad, and also for updating lead status and lead priority on paper, and take all follow up accordingly but after that that all are easy for us! we just need to make filter and all the data coming accordingly. that is the one of the best thing for me to manage my all data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

Its so easy and so intuitive. I am the founder of a SME in Financial Services and used Salesforce and bespoke CRMs and so complicated, Onepage for a non techy which is a little more than Outlook fitted my business perfectly. I use it for many things and love how the emails sync from Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnePageCRM had user friendly interface and it has some unique features that stands out when compared to other CRM's and more importantly OnePage CRM is value for money. this CRM will help to integrate with other tools easily especially in importing and exporting information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While OnePage CRM offers customization,it may not offer as much flexibility to adapt to very specific business process compared to more customizable CRMs.OnePage CRM might not have all the features and smooth experince of the desktop verison, which could be a drawback for users who use their phone a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
