What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employability West Cork are delighted to write in support of OnePage CRM as they have supported us so greatly over the last few years. We are a Supported Employment Service, a charity that advocates and works for inclusion and diversity in the workplace. As a charity, our funds are limited so to have the support of OnePage CRM, with their product that works 'straight out of the box', has meant we have been able to organise and expedite our work without an enormous initial cost to tailor a software to our specific needs. It has allows us to:

- create a Pipeline of jobs that we can share across the team, demonstrating and sharing actions and progress with colleagues

- show relationships between employers and clients, storing all communications either through a flawless sync system or through easily added notes, including dictation from our phones

- share responsibilities across a geographically remote team by assigning actions, and seeing completions

- automating workflows, for example, sending emails with customer satisfaction emails

- marketing much more effectively through bulk emails that be used to personalise communication of excellent candidates across multiple employers in a given sector or area

I could go on and I would be happy to share our experience with anyone thinking about switching or beginning to use a CRM (you definitely should). Thank you to OnePage CRM, who also have just about the best Support Service of anyone I have worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

OnePageCRM is super simple to setup and is intuitive. Support is responsive and knowledgeable. OnePage CRM's documentation is great, too. I love the generous Power of Action Progrma for Nonprofits and having 5 seats for our small team. I have been able to easily import information and the product is extensible working smoothly with our google accounts. Above all, there was no need to spend hours onboarding. There are other products that address different facets for nonprofits. However, our scope was to specificially build community relationships with the product and provide continuity with internal personnel changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

Primarily it helps us work with our clients and ensure they get the right service.

Thanks to OnePage CRM for making client management manageable! We are a very small business of 3 people and previously we used spreadsheets to keep track of our clients which, obviously, wasn't optimal. OnePage CRM has lifted most of that digital work from us and placed us all on the same page. We can check in at any time with each other to see what we are all doing and ensure each client gets the right support. Furthermore as a person new to sales, it has made acquiring the necessary skills significantly faster. I find CRM intuitive, full of good advice, serves up relevant workshops and the system support has been personalised and on-point. For further clarification, please note that you don't need an incognito window in Google Chrome to use OnePageCRM or any other internet browser. And you should also be able to copy/paste content when composing emails from the CRM.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

So far, exploring OnePageCRM has shown that it can do everything we need it to, without being overcomplicated. As a small team, we need a CRM that is easy to navigate, intuitive to use and easy to implement in our charity ...and OnePageCRM is just that! Although OnePageCRM is primarily a sales tool, we at Lincs Dobermann Rescue have been able to use it to automatically receive adoption, fostering and rehoming applications from our website. This has meant no more hours wasted filling in spreadsheets and we are able to keep a timeline of each applicant. It has been easy to implement, it is easy to use, is used daily by the rehoming team and if there are any issues the customer support is fast and knowledgeable. What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

This platform was designed for small businesses, or (like me) individual sales people. I have tried most of the popular ones out there, and this has exactly what need, and nothing that I don't. Most of the systems have SO many components that I would never use, but they HAVE to be filled out and updated to make everything work properly. What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

It's a very easy to use solution. In particular, the visual design of the platform is welcoming and not intimidating. Some other systems are migraine-inducing when viewing and using them, but there is a wonderful practicality and pragmatism to the way OnePageCRM has been put together that encourages interaction and use. So many businesses find it hard for staff to update and maintain CRMs effectively, but OnePageCRM makes it as easy as possible.

I'd also call out their onboarding and customer support as being exceptional. It's table stakes fro any SaaS but very few do it as well as the OnePageCRM team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Full end-to-end funnel management from lead capture to repeat sales. It's fully integrated into the business email account making it easy to monitor opportunity progress. The mobile app is very useful when away from the desk.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

Long time G2 reader, first time poster.

I have been an independent executive recruiter and/or leader of consulting boutiques for most of my career. I’ve been seeking a great cloud CRM forever. I’ve installed and played with the majority of them – Salesforce, Insightly, Zoho, HubSpot, many others. Paid for Pipedrive the past year, though I didn’t actually use it.

Had seen One Page CRM referenced on the web, but frankly, the name made me assume it was too basic for my needs. But last week, I read several reviews that made me think it might be right for me. I signed on and uploaded my contacts.

I am enthralled with my experience so far with One Page CRM! It does everything I need simply and elegantly: The learning curve is incredibly short, importing data took five minutes (!), the contact clipper works seamlessly, the workflow management is excellent. And the pricing is dementedly low.

It’s been less than two weeks. But I can’t recall ever starting with a new software app and it being this elegant and seamless. It is Apple-like in the sense that if you don’t know how to do something, the simplest logical way to do it is likely how the app does it.

The documentation and tutorials are also first rate and easy to use, and the customer support real time and excellent (Thanks Julia!).

I am somewhat mystified why One page CRM doesn’t have much more market share for small firms seeking a great CRM, given that every other one I’ve tried is clunky and difficult to use in some fashion or another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

What I couldn't accomplish in a week with Salesforce and Zoho I mamage to accomplish in 5 minutes with One Page. I was trying to upload a CSV file with 1500 records, Salesforce and Zoho could not map things properly and I kept getting error after error sfter a week of trying. One page did it 5 minutes. One Page is easy to use, not complex not overwhelming just a really simple CRM that's user-friendly and works! (Mostly) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

This issue is enough to make me want to go somehwere else... One Page is not Canadian friendly. In their CRM they have Zip Code and State we are in Canada we have postal code and province. They cannot change these fields to represent Canada and won't, so we have state and province showing up in the CRM as well as Zip and Postal code., this is a mistake/oversight Salesforce would never make. What kind of software company develops a software solution(SaaS) where the USA is represented but not Canada (ie:all of North America) they're really screwing up here, it's a huge blunder and mistake in the SaaS arena. It almost comes across like they are snubbing Canada.. It's just a real dumb move on their part that can hurt their business here in Canada and they need to correct it asap. What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

If they One Page CRM gets with the program and realizes that any CRM we discuss has to represent Canada in it's code to

make it relevant, and includes those fields, problem solved, I can't think of any other issues with their solution

other than they don't have all the bells and whistles Salesforce, Zoho or Monday.com has, but give them time..

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

It's simple to use out of the box. The customizations allow us to set this up to our unique needs. The customer support team is better than any other CRM tool we've tried (we've tried about 10 different ones in depth). Not having direct marketing integration is kind of annoying, but I understand why they don't have it. We're really happy keeping marketing software in its lane and our CRM (Onepage CRM) in its lane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're a nonprofit trying to stay on top of donor communication, constituent management, and partner engagement. Those three segments of our organization made customization a nightmare with most other tools.
