OneMob has allowed me to differentiate my customer approach and generate a detailed view of who is actually interacting with my content that I create. OneMob is an easy to use tool that provides video and digital content for our clients. We use this as a training/implementation training site for each client that can be customized to each clients needs.. As someone that is using the product as a prospecting tool on a 1 to 1 basis, there are a handful of things I need to use workarounds to accomplish (within the tools they offer). OneMob made it possible to give our clients information in a microsite format. Before, we would send emails that would have multiple attachments. Some attachments, such as videos, are too big for email. Once the multi-media library is set up in OneMob, campaigns and individual emails can be done in a short manner. The emails are tracked, along with what is viewed; this is great because the focus of the next meeting or phone call can be placed on what the client deems important.
