Small features which were lacking in other tools and apps, like the information of how many followers one, is it a high influencer or the sentiment of the ticket which is being tracked by the keywords, multiple accounts, and team can be added and managed well. What do you dislike about OneDirect Feedback Cloud?

It works with a lag all the time, the lag in loading the tickets, updating the ticket, creation of the ticket.

Data is not much clear and we have personally observed instances where the data was misplaced for two whole days due to an infra issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OneDirect Feedback Cloud:

It's better to ensure that the support manager for your account is more active and can do things. We have had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to a very long delay, in months to be precise to have something done or looked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
